You will be:

building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, with deep understanding of clients’ goals and expectations,
accountable for planning and executing delivery on time, within budget and expected quality,
tracking delivery progress, identifying and managing risks,
wearing different hats (Agile/waterfall project manager, scrum master), depending on the needs,
building and managing successful project teams, including provider-client blended teams,
ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work,
taking care of effective communication between team members and clients,
maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management,
working from the office or remotely (however, we’d love if you visit us at least once a month).
