To strengthen our service team at our location in Ettlingen or remotely from North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for someone for the position: Field-Serviceengineer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spektroscopy systems as well as other technologies
Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
Process-Integration pof analytical instruments
Network integration of von of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
If needed: support the remote-solution center
If needed: support of in-house repairs
If needed: support with Service relevant document generation

Qualifikationen

Personality

Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
Can-do-attitude!
Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications

Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences
Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as wellas remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
Field Service experience
Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
