Meeting Air Coordinator (Remote)

Full time, United States or Canada



In this role, you will be responsible for booking and/or ticketing airline reservations as requested by our program participants and as assigned group programs. You will provide guidance to clients on our services and qualifying all meeting requests, support services to event manager and Meeting Planners, and assist as needed to ensure the successful completion of meeting and or event.

As a Meeting Air Coordinator, you will

  • Serve as main contact within the operations team for all participant services related to an event
  • Support online registration via CVENT with online bookings via Concur
  • Use the appropriate the BCD tools, GDS and systems to complete requests,
  • Demonstrate knowledge of airline supplier rules, including airline contracts held by client or BCD
  • Complete assigned work to meet SLAs on all assigned accounts
  • Work within customer budgetary guidelines and advise Attendee Services Coordinator of any concerns
  • Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers  
  • Update Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) as needed

About You

  • Travel agency experience with GDS. Preferably Amadeus knowledge
  • Meeting air coordination experience
  • Experience working in a team environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of database systems will be a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Air Coordinator is between $52,000 and $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
