Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, gathering information, and setting appointments for our sales team. A script will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is confident and persuasive on the phone, with a knack for building rapport quickly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to target businesses.
  • Professionally handle inquiries and gather information as per the provided script.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment schedules.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills.
