Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Calling Specalist to generate leads and drive sales through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up follow-up meetings or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
Introduce the company and explain the value proposition to prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Tools & Software:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and call management software.
