Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to Slovenian-speaking clients regarding search engine questions and optimization strategies.
• Help clients enhance their online content to improve search performance and visibility.
• Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and insights.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in search engine technologies.
• Engage in team discussions to share insights and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to build your knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of search engines and SEO concepts is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to assist clients effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece and embrace the local culture.
