Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking users through instant messaging channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to social media accounts.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on social media features and policies.
  • Monitor and manage conversations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions to maintain an organized support database.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and company policies to provide relevant support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
