Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the IT company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to keep abreast of new products and policies.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech sector, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and IT support tools is a plus.
