Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address complex technical problems.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques.

Requirements
