Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch software support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently while providing clear explanations to users.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the CRM system comprehensively.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of software products to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate technical problems and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
