Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist based in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing the online shopping experience for our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service.

Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to e-commerce transactions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our platform runs smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product inquiries.
  • Assist in managing product listings and ensuring accurate information is displayed online.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer feedback.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce support or a related customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping systems is beneficial.
