Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products and enhance your customer support skills.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Comfortable working on a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
