In this Thermographer (roof/facade) role, you will use our Insights platform to review thermal drone imagery of roof structures and exterior elevations (facades) and provide a thorough and robust analysis of current conditions. This could include moisture retention, air infiltration/exfiltration, insulation issues or other related anomalies that are presently affecting the roof and facades. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs.

Responsibilities:

Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations pipeline
Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures
Tasks include but are not limited to: handling emails/tickets in Zendesk, inspecting and annotating assets and orthomosaics
Ability to work off-hours to get the job done
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

sUAS Level I, II or III certification through a reputable program
Working knowledge of roofing/building construction, terminology and materials
Working knowledge of building exteriors construction, terminology and materials
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Office suite, Slack, Google)
Must have and use own computer
