Job Overview

Virtual Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with Salesforce expertise for a full-time remote position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This role requires strong expertise in Scrum methodology, Agile practices, and Salesforce implementation, aimed at facilitating and managing projects within the company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
  • Expert knowledge in Scrum methodology and agile development practices to guide and mentor teams effectively.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong skills in team facilitation, enabling clear communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ability to utilize user story mapping for effective backlog management and prioritization.
  • Experience in sprint planning, facilitating effective sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor agile teams to ensure efficient and effective adherence to Scrum and Agile practices.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and ensure a clear and actionable roadmap of user stories.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement and manage Scrum processes and practices to enable a high-performing agile team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement within teams, encouraging the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure Salesforce projects are delivered on time and within scope, meeting the company's quality standards.
