The Product Marketing Manager-Genomic Portfolio will be a marketing strategist and subject matter expert for the Genomic product category within the Oncology business unit. Reporting directly to the Marketing Sr. Manager, Genomic, this individual will support the financial performance and portfolio strategy for the Genomic business, while identifying and driving expansion opportunities in close partnership with sales, product development, enterprise marketing, and clinical. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans for the Genomic business that enhances customer value and engagement, increases market competitiveness, and drives product line revenue growth. This person will work to understand the target audiences and their pain points, then link Myriad Oncology's unique value proposition and competitive differentiators to position us for growth.

Responsibility
- Partner to build marketing strategy that drives paired testing and full Oncology portfolio
- Create product content strategy to engage with key target audiences (oncologists and surgeons) to build brand awareness/drive messaging
- Support VOC and market research to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and product to achieve mutually beneficial goals
- Partner with omnichannel and sales enablement to ensure we achieve shared revenue/KPI targets
- Understand product and service offerings of key competitors; communicate product and service differentiations to sales and provide input to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, or related sciences, or marketing with experience in biotech, healthcare, or adjacent products/industry required
- 3-5+ years professional product (brand) marketing experience with 1+ in healthcare, pharma, or biosciences
- Marketing experience in oncology space preferred
- Experience in developing marketing strategy and content for oncologists and oncology healthcare providers required
- Must have experience developing clinical marketing content
- Genomic product launch experience preferred; experience launching clinical products in medical device, biotechnology, or pharma will be considered
- Experience working closely with sales organization
- Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally
- Ability to lead team meeting and receive buy-in from all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at one time
- Able to translate complex information into integrated marketing strategies that resonate with key audiences
- 10-15% travel required
