Take over a key role as a Brand Ambassador in the Customer Experience department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Manage daily operations across multiple teams ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Provide immediate on-the-floor support to agents and the operations team for resolving customer inquiries quickly and effectively
- Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent achievement of service quality targets
- Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and lead ongoing coaching and staff development
- Act as the point of contact for escalated issues and ensure swift and professional resolutions
- Motivate and engage team members by fostering a positive environment and recognizing achievements
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and improve customer service initiatives
- Optimize real-time customer experiences by ensuring prompt handling of issues
- Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, business management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience managing operations or customer service teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple teams
- Experience with customer service tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in real-time situations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and departments
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities and workloads
- Experience working with vendor teams is a plus
- High emotional intelligence with a strong ability to motivate and engage team members
