Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Trust Operations Professional to join their dynamic team. This role is open to fully remote candidates, offering the flexibility to work from any location.

As a Sr. Trust Operations Professional, you will provide expert operational support for our client's Personal Trust Services (PTS) book of business. This includes complex account opening and termination, cash movement and disbursements, advisor and client communication, as well as training, quality assurance, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Account Maintenance
  • Trust Account and DDA reconciliation
  • Cash and Fee processing
  • Account Terminations
  • Daily Net Settlement


The ideal candidate will have direct trust operations experience. While experience with the FIS/Charlotte trust system is preferred, it is not a requirement. Please note that only having a financial or banking background will not suffice; specific trust operations experience is necessary.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive internal, external, advisor, and client relationships
  • Delivering quality customer service and ensuring client retention
  • Performing complex account operations functions, including opening new accounts and closing/de-funding accounts in the administration system
  • Assuring account data integrity
  • Providing system processing functions, including system posting, process management review and approval, batch processing, and other reporting
