Position Description:

Job Description:

Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Tableau dashboard/report development.
Should be strong in designing, implementing, and deploying BI applications using Tableau.
Should be willing to do hands on development and possess good technical capability in Tableau.
Collaborate with Business users to derive requirements, build prototype, provide suggestions, build solution.
Higher Education Domain experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders including data analysts, business users and cross functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, define technical & process requirements and iterate on visualizations to meet evolving needs.
Strong hands-on experience in Design, develop, conduct unit testing and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
Analytical capabilities to slice and dice data and display data in reports for best user experience.
Demonstrated ability to review business processes and translate into Tableau reporting and analysis solutions.
Integrate data from various sources into Tableau, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Good understanding of Tableau Desktop & Server.
Perform data manipulation using calculated fields.
Strong programming skills, relational database skills with expertise in Advanced SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience in Data modelling.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Handle meetings with stakeholders to refine requirements and present dashboard prototypes.
Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills – Should be capable of directly interact with Client on requirements, status reporting and other discussions.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to collaborative decisions in a group.
Enthusiastic with a positive professional attitude that exhibits integrity, reliability.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree.
