Job summary:

The Project Manager Level III will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project delivery from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You may be ideal if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5 years minimum of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or JIRA).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership:
  • Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and mentor project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Monitor project financials and report on budget variance to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.
