Role & Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of tailored underwriting practices aligned with organizational policies and market demands.
  • Frequent collaboration with clients, brokers, and agents to gather necessary documentation and detail pertinent to insurance policies.
  • Use data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making processes and inform stakeholder reports.
  • Provide mentorship and expert advice to junior underwriters, guiding their development within the department.
