Job description

Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Value Enablement Lead. In this role, the selected candidate will assume a lead role in driving customer sales engagements, facilitating revenue growth, and shaping the strategic direction of our value enablement initiatives. Building upon your extensive experience and expertise, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative strategies to maximize the perceived value customers derive from our offerings. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will serve as a catalyst for organizational transformation, leveraging Hexagon’s Value Enablement Platform to optimize sales performance and drive sustainable business growth.

  • Leading the development and execution of comprehensive value enablement strategies to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales enablement team, empowering them to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to align value enablement initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Championing the continuous improvement of Hexagon’s Value Enablement Platform, ensuring alignment with evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Driving the creation of advanced training materials and resources, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive collaboration and maximize impact.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on value-based selling techniques and tools, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of targeted sales plays and account strategies, driving alignment and execution across the organization.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization, and implementing targeted interventions to drive continuous improvement.

Education / Qualifications

  • 15 plus years of experience in related field with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business is preferred. MBA is encouraged.
  • Extensive experience in sales enablement, value-based selling, or related fields, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing sales enablement tools and technologies, coupled with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently in a small team environment.
