We are looking for a Contract Full-Time Account Manager with 3+ years of experience within an agency environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the single point of contact for company clients.
  2. Serve as liaison between clients and the delivery team
  3. Identify client needs, maintain a good understanding of client products and their business strategies
  4. Maintain accurate client records, conversation journals, meeting minutes, monthly invoicing and keep track of contract updates and renewals
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of the company products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  6. Create & document account management processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, client-impact.
  7. Get progress reports from the delivery team and present to clients
  8. Monitor client facing tasks and ensure that task descriptions are detailed and accurate.
  9. Monitor and ensure that client requests are completed by the delivery team in a timely manner
  10. Meet regularly with other members of the delivery team to discuss progress and strategies for business development

Qualifications

  1. THREE years of account management experience out of which minimum 1 year each in following areas
    1. Managing B2B SaaS Clients
    2. Using cloud based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday, Asana or similar.
    3. Managing USA based clients
  2. At least 2 years experience in Paid Social and Paid Media projects in any capacity.
  3. Experience of managing multiple clients simultaneously - corporate clients, small businesses, startups etc
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Good organizational and administrative skills

  3. A tech-savvy proactive mindset, self-starter, self-motivated.
  4. Experience working in a high-pressure agency environment
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of the team
