About the Role

Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, emphasizing key deliverables and desired outcomes. Serve as the primary contact working with product managers, technology teams and stakeholders from project initiation to final delivery. Own prioritization of product roadmaps for various scrum teams, addressing and escalating risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery, while keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Define and track key performance metrics for API usage, offline/batch services, platform scalability & uptime while making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ensure reliability. Gather and incorporate feedback from API users, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to improve API functionality, user experience, and performance. Partner with technology teams to drive accountability by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and escalating risks or issues as needed to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Ensure comprehensive API documentation is created and maintained to support ease of use for developers, implementation consultants, partners, and third-party integrators.

Qualifications

  • 6-7 years’ experience with a solid track record of having delivered SaaS products in the Payments or eCommerce space as a product owner leading the delivery function.
  • Strong understanding of API development, RESTful services, and API lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them to features, user stories with clear acceptance criteria and test cases by working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation and participating in testing and carrying out demos to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Experience working on Scaled Agile Framework.
