The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client’s financial lives. As a member of the Infrastructure Platform Team you will be the primary architect and engineer for the core services utilized by every employee at Dimensional to communicate, coordinate, plan, and automate securely and reliably.

As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Windows, Linux, AWS, and Azure environments. You will collaborate with other Infrastructure and Platform architecture and engineering teams and participate in design and implementations related to Window and Azure Services. You will lead implementations in these areas, taking a software engineering approach and emphasizing automation, zero-configuration, and zero-trust. In addition, you will manage the hand-off operational tasks involved with Windows and Azure Services to Dimensional’s Infrastructure Operations team.
Design, engineer, and manage large-scale on-premise and multi-cloud (hybrid) infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Align security, privacy, and operational requirements with practical, implementable engineering controls
The successful candidate will thrive in an environment with significant autonomy to design and solve problems by leveraging their awareness of the state of the art and adhering to security and software standards and best-practices.
10+ years Microsoft Windows experience encompassing requirements development, systems design and analysis, systems integration, and product verification and validation.
8+ years’ experience adopting Azure/AWS cloud methodologies including implementing, supporting and evolving enterprise scale identity management, hybrid environments, and automation solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency with DevOps principles and automation/scripting tools including Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates.
Proven technical expertise in Active Directory, DNS, networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
Hands-on experience with Entra (Azure AD), Azure/AWS Networking, Azure/AWS Cloud Security, and other Azure/AWS services
Deep knowledge of planning, design, deployment, configuration, and optimization of data loss prevention (DLP) and other security capabilities.
