Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In this role, you must take ownership and work collaboratively at end-to-end innovation projects, from research to delivery.
  • you’ll be responsible for the exploration, conceptualization, and execution of workshops for our clients to explore new business models and future business possibilities. (Design Future is a plus)
  • With the help of our knowledge team, you will enable premium pitches using a business and industry perspective.
  • Craft elegant design work for multi-faceted industry environment (including Power-Point presentations)
  • Regularly present work internally, providing design rationale for your output
  • Collaborate closely with innovation heads and sales team members to ensure the design mindset addresses the question, ties back to business goals, and results in high-quality projects.
  • Work with our cross-functional areas to stay up-to-date on projects and work on innovation internal initiatives.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or similar, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in business projects with design leading perspective
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail in communication and design output
  • Strong typography, layout and editing skills
  • Ability to generate and lead teams to create new concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and Oracle perspective

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
