What will you be doing?


As the Implementation Team Leader, you will:

  • Support Your Team: Engage in recruitment, training, and performance reviews, providing daily guidance through one-on-ones and team meetings.
  • Manage Resources: Plan and balance workloads to ensure team coverage during absences.
  • Address Performance Concerns: Tackle any challenges directly, implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the Project Manager Team Lead on escalations and project management.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with IRIS products and system developments to ensure top-notch service.
  • Share Knowledge: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback with your team.
