Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

  • A Candidate should have atleast 12 Years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline deployment processes, and implement effective orchestration, leveraging tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues in production environments, and lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
  • Foster strong collaboration between development and operations teams, promoting a DevOps culture focused on efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Lead operational support to manage incidents, document root cause and tracking preventive measures
  • Drive the implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines to facilitate frequent and reliable software releases.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to forecast resource needs, optimize infrastructure costs, and plan for future growth.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable and secure infrastructure to support our payments solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, to ensure 24by7 coverage and support for critical systems
  • Need to monitor and manage the SLA’s and metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver on MBR’s and QBR’s to the client and leadership team.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the capability to drive initiatives, inspire team members, and deliver results in dynamic and challenging environments
  • Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization


Technical Skills:


  • 12 years in IT industry, with proven expertise in DevOps methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps toolchains such as Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Bitbucket
  • Linux, Scripting, Configuration Management, Build and Release Engineering
  • Good scripting skills (Python/Bash)
  • Work on software configuration management systems (Puppet/Chef/Ansible)
  • Sound understanding of cloud technologies preferably AWS,GCP & azure technologies
  • Experience with standard continuous integration tools Jenkins/Bitbucket Pipelines


Job Responsibilities:
