What are we looking for?

Right now, we are looking for a few Senior DevOps Engineers to join our growing team in Sri Lanka

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure infrastructure using services like Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes Service, and Azure DevOps.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage container deployments on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM templates.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure and applications, implement logging and alerting solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Azure resources through best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support and incident resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Extensive knowledge of Azure services like Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes Service, Azure DevOps, and related tools.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and ARM templates.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
