Job Description
  • Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates to support our growing business needs across multiple global geographies 

  • Identify and engage the best tech and non-tech talent to be part of our network 

  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies 

  • Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies 

  • Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards, lists, search engines, social media, etc. 

Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment 

  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter  

  • Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques  

  • Ability to work independently but as part of an international team 

  • Strong service orientation, sense of urgency and quality, along with a high level of flexibility, creativity, pragmatism, and personal drive 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail 

  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
