JOB SUMMARY:

Max Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Broker Support Specialist to actively manage and grow relationships within our existing broker network.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with brokers to encourage brokers to endorse Max Insurance as the insurer of choice to their customers
  • Facilitate broker trainings to drive engagement with our broker partners
  • Maintain relationships with our existing network of brokers through regular communication, sharing of resources, and effective management of escalations
  • Use previous experience as a broker to understand and predict the needs of our broker partners
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to share insights and market intelligence regarding broker expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably as an insurance broker
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to generate new broker pipelines within designated region
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
