Job description

We are looking to hire a Data Warehouse Architect (DWH Architect) to join our dynamic engineering team all over the world. As a DWH Architect, you will be responsible to drive and coordinate the technical execution of enterprise data warehouse solutions and services that includes understanding business requirements, solution design, Data Extraction, Transformation and Integration architecture, development, testing, deployment and ongoing operational support.  The DWH Architect will assist in project execution and engage directly with project technical staff and Business stakeholders. This role is responsible for providing technical & functional leadership on data warehouse solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement data warehouse solutions using Google Cloud Platform,
  • BigQuery, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and ETL processes to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Optimize data warehouse performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on data architecture best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse issues as they arise.


  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL
  • development.
  • Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google BigQuery, Google
  • Composer (Apache Airflow)
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with Debezium + Kafka solution
  • Experience with different RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
  • Experience diagramming complex data architectures and using ERDs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • A plus if:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud certification)
