What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new and existing products, driving growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success, account management, and engineering) to align on product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Own product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support product launches, providing sales enablement tools, training, and collateral.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to refine the GTM strategy and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Act as a key advocate for the product internally and externally, representing the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
  • Analyze total TAM and help prioritize strongest ROI products and features
  • Work with finance on pricing schemes to maximize revenue per product
  • Become a Polly product expert being able to speak fluently on customer personas, product value drivers, and customer needs.

  • What you have:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS products, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Hands on style of leadership with ability to build from scratch, influence others, and work autonomously.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and customer needs to effectively launch new features or products.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and value proposition development to optimize product-market fit.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance, market trends, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling product messaging for various channels and audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools to build scalable marketing programs and track effectiveness.
