Position Summary

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a dynamic and empowering environment comprised of motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working at a fast pace. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to take on a variety of tasks, including marketing automation, social media, digital advertising, graphic design, and more in an exciting B2B software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, track, and analyze marketing campaigns and automation through the Marketo platform, creating landing pages, forms, workflows, and more.

  • Oversee and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube; sharing and creating compelling content and engaging with followers.

  • Design and edit ads, graphics, videos using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.

  • Setup, manage, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.

  • Administrative duties as required, such as managing contact lists, tracking expenses.

  • Provide marketing support for our Build Smarter user conference.

Competencies

  • Proven ability to work under deadlines while wearing multiple hats

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with cross functional teams.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms; experience using digital marketing tools a plus.

  • An eye for design; well-developed graphic design and video editing skills a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably for an enterprise software or B2B company.

  • Marketo, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Experience. 

  • Google Ads and Marketo certification a plus.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus.
