  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovakian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
