Responsibilities

Deliver superb customer support to Slovakian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance to customers.
Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Engage in training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent in Slovakian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
