Description du poste
  • Defining materials and processes in accordance with regulatory and functional requirements.
  • Coordinating and leading activities and deliverables for development projects, serial life, and innovation projects.
  • Identifying material and process risks associated with suppliers, and implementing validation actions to mitigate these risks.
  • Assessing the quality of processes and products from a material and processes perspective, sharing findings with all stakeholders, and conducting regular audits.
  • Making informed decisions about the representativeness of parts and components based on testing results, supplier expertise, and in-house or external laboratory analysis.
  • Initiating expert assessments and tests as needed for product qualification or in response to quality issues, and validating proposed guidelines.
  • Conducting supplier audits in the event of deviations or quality issues, evaluating process documentation, and providing a professional opinion.
  • Obtaining metallurgical approvals for locally integrated products.
  • Validating aluminum casting parts and monitoring their development in the workshop.
  • Developing and validating normative documents.
  • Directing a cross-border team of professionals from various locations.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in industrial eng. Process Eng. Or similar
  • 3 yrs of engineering experience
  • Very good English speaking and writing

Knowledge in :

  • Machining and CFAO, casting and forming processes, welding processes, casting and forging simulation
  • Mechanical behavior of materials, Corrosion and protection of materials,surface treatments.
  • Knowledge in Material & Mettalurgy
  • Project management, strategic and risk management.
