What will your typical day look like?

In today’s digital world where customer preferences and expectations continue to escalate, organisations need to transform themselves and modernise their technology to stay relevant. These organisations turn to Deloitte for help in designing, configuring and deploying contemporary cloud technologies to supercharge their business operations, gain data-driven insights into their customers, and unlock their growth potential.

You will be working on at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics. These programs of work represent a significant and immense change that is typically a once-in-a-decade event for many of our clients. You will work with varying levels of client stakeholder groups to deeply understand their requirements, innovate and design solutions, re-engineer business processes, configure and extend cloud solutions, showcase the “art-of-the-possible” to users, and deploy the production-ready solution using modern Agile methods and tools.

About

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

  • For leadership positions we are seeking those with 12+ years experience with proven track records in driving meaningful impacts that are a win-win for clients and the firm.
  • For a senior role we are looking for 7 plus years’ experience with Dynamic 365, including configuration, process mapping, data migration, software writing and report building.
  • For more junior positions - 2-6 years’ experience supporting projects is expected, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Exemplary communication skills necessary for influencing client interactions
  • Strong focus in business led solution design thinking when interacting with clients
  • Adaptability, resilience and rapid learning built into your DNA
  • A passion for leveraging cloud technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM, Billing, Analytics, Automation) to help our clients solve business problems
  • A foundational understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes in a business
  • Experience from Big 4 or equivalent would be highly regarded
