Job Requirements:

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

- Preferably previous experience working for an Australian call centre.

- Previous experience hitting sales targets

- Work under pressure.

- Initiative to find new creative avenues to sell.

- Attention to details.

- Ability to build rapport with customers relationship sales experience

- Work with minimal supervision

- Ability to learn about product types and services our company provides training and documentation will be provided, so that the customers questions can be answered correctly when possible with a knowledgeable response about Kombo Grass and the products and services we provide.

Responsibilities: 

- To manage both inbound and outbound calls

- Manage diary and calendar of leads and opportunities

- Total ownership of sales leads from initial call to closure

- Comfortable making cold-calls

- Comfortable to use cloud based CRM system to located customer details when they call

- Sales background understand how to manage opportunities, sales and build revenue

- Sales experience to identify new leads and generate sales opportunities

- Schedule installation projects with our team

- Work with online chat system real time to assist with new sales leads

- Manage emails

- Work with our social media expert on email campaigns, updates on projects completed etc
