Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Perform end to end recruitment from calibration with clients and hiring managers,

research, sourcing, functional and technical assessment, phone and face to face interviews, job offer/ negotiation and on-boarding

  1. Assist the recruitment team in filling internal and external manpower needs with adherence to agreed SLAs and turn-around-time.
  2. Promote social media presence on Facebook, Linkedln and other related social media networking sites.
  3. Manage interview schedules and acts as coordinator between the candidate and hiring manager.
  4. Develop relationship with clients to maximize and proactively grow the business.
  5. Assist in requesting for feedback and evaluation, as well as preparation of extension or cancellation of contract of deployed employees
  6. Build and maintain strong rapport with the candidates, as well as in-depth understanding of their short-term and long-term career goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource

Management or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software IT Recruiter

  1. Must have experience in hiring software developers, software QA testers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc.
  2. Applicants must be amenable to a hybrid work schedule (MWF - office based, TTH work from home)
