What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you'll be a key player in our mission to build exceptional teams that drive our innovative solutions forward. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and make a lasting impact. In this role, you'll be a true talent magnet, unearthing and engaging the brightest talent to join Alloy.

As the Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll:

  • Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the technical requirements, team dynamics, and strategic fit of our most critical roles.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, such as competitive battle cards, tooling, and future-proofing candidates, to build a robust pipeline of top-tier talent. This will help us fill our highest-priority hiring needs.

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners on operations, including managing job requisitions and communicating with candidates.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize your sourcing approach, driving greater efficiency and impact.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, engaging passive talent with your personalized touch and subject-matter expertise.

  • Serve as a sourcing maven, tapping into diverse networks and unconventional channels to surface hard-to-find, game-changing individuals.

What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates across various platforms and techniques.

  • Deep subject-matter expertise in the New York high-growth technology scene

  • Knowledge of diversity partnerships and the ability to network, nurture, and hire from underrepresented talent pools.

  • Excellent technical screening skills, with the ability to assess competencies, values, and cultural adds.

  • Skilled in data analysis, metric tracking, and problem-solving to improve sourcing outcomes continually.

  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills to juggle multiple high-impact projects.

The following range is based on the scoped level within the organization and only for highly targeted geographies: $145,000 - $155,000
