Compensation:
USD 10 - 25/hour.

Location:
Remote (for México, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brasil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia and Chile residents).

  • You are expert in IT Operations Management, ServiceNow, ITSM (Information Technology Service Management), and SecOps (Security Operations).
  • English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to ensure optimal use of the platform.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
  • CSA certification is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, Platform Discovery, SecOps, and ITSM.
