The Role: As a second level support engineer you will be working on administering, monitoring and maintaining companys billing system, support testing and production environment, deploy builds and fixes, troubleshoot. You will also monitor application servers, handle incidents adhering to SLAs, work with ticketing system, prepare reports, develop tools to automate tasks. The second level support engineer will be able to take on-call shifts on rotation principle and will maintain system documentation.

Тhe Candidate: At least 1 year of working experience in application monitoring and supporting. Hands on experience with Oracle and SQL, Unix/Linux, fluency in English. Knowledge in ITIL, two-tier architecture, Java 2 Platform, scripting langiages such as Perl, Python, Shell, etc.
