Sales Manager Peripheral Vascular Image Guided Therapy Devices

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to be responsible for achieving field sales objectives through servicing current customers, identifying and securing new customers. This is a very complex, process oriented on high level sales position that requires passion and enthusiasm.

You are responsible for:

  • Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment

  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions)

  • Identify opportunities for your customers within dedicated portfolio

  • Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for assigned products

You are a part of

Image Guided Therapy-Devices, a Philips business, what is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree of Life Sciences. Medical educational background would be an asset

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment, device sales, disposable sales – cardiology and/or ultrasound products

  • Professional knowledge and experience in the usage of relevant marketing and sales techniques

  • Fluent in English and Polish language, verbally and in writing

  • Excellent independent negotiation skills, performed within given guidelines and sales plan

  • Excellent analytical, training, and motivational skills

  • Knowledge of polish tender environment in a health care.

  • High level of business acumen

  • Readiness for intensive traveling
