We're building a comprehensive banking and business management platform tailored for the 96% of U.S. carriers operating with less than 10 trucks. Our goal is to help owner-operators and smaller carriers focus on what they do best - driving - while we handle their financial challenges.
The Role:
We're looking for a Senior Mobile Software Developer to spearhead the development of our cross-platform mobile application using React Native. This is a key role in bringing our vision to life and delivering a seamless user experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and build our mobile application from the ground up, working from finalized designs and backend API specifications
- Implement best practices for mobile app security, authentication, data handling, and performance optimization
- Navigate the app submission process for both the App Store and Google Play Store
- Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure a high-quality user interface and experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in mobile app development, particularly with React Native
- Strong UX/UI skills and an eye for design implementation
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or early-stage company environments
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an atmosphere of uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or financial services applications is a plus
