YOUR MISSION
As our rockstar in Operational Excellence (m/w/x):
You’re at min. available 20h/week. You will help shaping our startup from the ground up. The role is flexible and adjusted to your skills and interests as well as our business needs
YOUR TASKS

  • You will create, review, and refine standard operating procedures to ensure that processes are documented, standardized, and scalable
  • You will implement internal tooling like Customer Relationship Management/ Customer Success and Project Management platforms
  • You will develop and create analytics metrics and workflows that will shape our internal as well as external collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automation or other technologies to improve efficiency
  • You will contribute to our ambition of being a learning organization and will proactively drive our knowledge management infrastructure
  • Collaborate and report to our Head of Solutions as well as the whole Customer Experience team
YOUR PROFILE
  • Enthusiasm to work for an early-stage VC-backed company
  • Interest in tech solutions and basic understanding of tech vocabulary and data structures
  • First experience working in a customer facing team (preferably in an earlier B2B role in SaaS)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Structured work approach and the ability to organize yourself
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German, English
