Community Manager Role – Solve.Care


What is the roleA Community Manager plays a vital role in building, growing, and managing a brand's online and offline communities. They act as the bridge between the company and its audience, ensuring engagement, brand loyalty, and a positive user experience.What you need to know


  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and community ambassadors.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with online forums, discussion boards, and community platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for customer engagement and community-building.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and brand management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Must have worked with Crypto/Blockchain company.
  • Experience in doing X spaces and can share their track of record, who are actively managing telegram, discord channels and built and grew big communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for customer engagement and community-building.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and brand management.
