- <point>Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt's customer support</point>
- <point>Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience</point>
- <point>Work in rotative shifts: Morning shift (9am-6pm) / Afternoon shift (12pm-9pm) / Evening shift (6pm-3am)</point>
