Your missions

Position Overview:
Natera is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Director of Product Management to join our dynamic Women’s Health team. You will oversee product management for our on-market Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) product, Panorama®, and lead innovative new initiatives across our Women's Health portfolio. This role is integral to ensuring we deliver a world-class experience for both healthcare providers and patients. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Medical teams to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. This position reports directly to the Head of Product Management for Women’s Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Leadership & Strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of Panorama®, including blood collection kits, lab operations, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead a cross-functional product team to ensure product health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking product strategies that promote growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation in the Women’s Health market.
  1. Sales & Market Engagement
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training teams to deliver product expertise and support key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators to boost product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with R&D, Lab Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product development and execution.
  • Provide product training and ongoing support to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and execution.
  • Proactively manage and monitor case escalations, ensuring swift resolution and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven track record in managing products through their entire lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the NIPT/reproductive health market and its unique demands from both provider and patient perspectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and product excellence.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
