Key Responsibilities

Provide firm-wide support using your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, and Kofax PDF) for the following tasks:

  • Transcribing dictations, handwritten notes, or other forms of documents;
  • Editing, proofreading, and formatting legal or administrative documents;
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal procedures, source binders, authorities, exhibits, and closing documents;
  • Reviewing texts (French and English) and proofreading legal or administrative documents;
  • Converting styles, inserting media into presentations, creating tables, and using graphics;
  • Creating or reviewing documents (numbering, styles, automatic cross-references, etc.).

Qualifications Needed

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
