Job description

Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency, LLC, an Integrity Company, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with the protection and peace of mind they need through comprehensive life insurance solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential clients about the various life insurance products available and assist them in selecting the right coverage that meets their unique needs and financial goals. You will connect with clients through our marketing efforts, guiding them through the insurance purchasing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for all insurance inquiries.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs through thorough interviews, understanding their individual circumstances.
  • Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and limitations of different life insurance policies.
  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications and gather the necessary documentation for submission.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to review their policies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to ensure the best policy terms for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A current Life Insurance License is required. Candidates without a license may still apply, but they must obtain a license within a specified timeframe.
  • Previous experience in sales or insurance is preferred, but not required.
