Position Overview:

The Quote Coordinator will be responsible for building takeoffs and preparing detailed quotes for multifamily apartment construction projects. This role involves working with extensive construction documents (up to 300-page PDFs) and ensuring quotes are accurate before final review by the General Manager. Strong math skills and enjoyment of working with numbers are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create quotes based on takeoffs or estimates, often reviewing large construction plans.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure quotes are reviewed and approved before being sent to clients.
• Utilize estimating software such as Procore, Sign Agent, or Fieldwire, alongside QuickBooks for invoicing and tracking.
• Review large construction documents (up to 300 pages) for multifamily projects and ensure quotes are detailed and accurate.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure quote accuracy and address any revisions.

Qualifications:

• Construction industry experience is a must, particularly in takeoffs or estimates.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential, with experience invoicing.
• Familiarity with software like SignAgent, Procore, and Fieldwire is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable).
• Strong proficiency in math and comfort working with complex calculations.
• Ability to work standard PST or EST hours.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the signage industry.
• Familiarity with automating takeoffs/estimates for efficiency.
